Getting Started

So what exactly is nutritional therapy? A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) believes to achieve optimal health there are six nutritional foundations that need to be considered and practiced: a whole food diet (properly prepared and nutrient dense), proper digestion and elimination, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids (or fats), mineral balance, and hydration. All foundations are critical and I can’t wait to guide you through them!

How do we get started? Together, you’ll first learn how to source and then prepare whole foods that nourish from the inside out. We’ll find options that fit your budget, lifestyle and location so the changes are sustainable. We’ll go at your pace and I’ll support you every step of the way.

Bio-individuality

A key component of nutritional therapy focuses on the bio-individuality of each person. Your very specific physiology is completely unique to anyone else. Ever wonder why you’re lactose intolerant but your siblings aren’t? Or why your child has 257 allergies and you have only one? Enter bio-individuality. Nutritional therapy produces results because it is tailored to your specific needs. Together we’ll unlock what works for you so you’ll feel vibrant, focused, nourished and whole.
